Managing Passion with Industrial Precision

Umbriacon has to manage every year a Double challengeon the one hand, the reception of tens of thousands of visitors B2C and the management of exhibitors and partners B2B; on the other hand, the sale of VIP services related to international guests.

The central problem was that Ancillary products As autographs, meet & greets and photo-ops are not included in the scope SIAE, but they require the same accounting and operational precision as an official ticket.
